ATBar Wordpress plugin

A plugin is needed for Wordpress to allow ATbar to be added without having to change the source files. Ideally it should have options to allow the toolbar to be persistent (constantly active on all pages) or just activated when needed on individual pages.

This project came out of the ATBar Wordpress plugin. idea.

OK that sounds great - I had not realised the degree to which a web designer could set their preferences for its use. I have to admit that at the moment there are problems with Flash so there are tines when it is better not to have the bar on show as it slips behind the video or animation

The idea was to provide great functionality to the web designer and for use on pages where there is perhaps no text, just images or video. It is up to the web designer to decide whether it is appropriate for the toolbar to be present, not me to enforce it on each page.

I meant to add for example a comment area where I might need to use the spell checker such as on this site if I do not have a built-in spell checker or I want to use text to speech.

What if you want to make a comment about a video or there is some text beneath the video that needs reading?

I think it would also be a good idea, if possible, to exclude some pages for the toolbar to be persistent on.
For example, it may not be needed on a page with a video.
