Search and connect

Hi to all here.

I feel my message has  not much of  his  place here and it  may even not  well understood as english is  not  my primary language.Anyway, here  is  my problem.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     I m in a  kind  of  "search and  connect" "  mission right  now.I m looking  for  hints  to build  a  smart  community around a  "simple"  project....: to draw a  business  plan for  a new  model of  enterprise.Let  me  explain: beyond  ideological and  political views that are  making  people  going  in the  streets  to shout  against the  outcomes  of  the  current  global crisis, i personally believe  there  is  a  way to change  the  way the  core  of  the businesses as  we all  know  them righ  now works.I dont want  to speak here  of all the interrelations  between investment, money, work, development  and  so on.I just want  to explore  a  simple  idea, to answer the following  question:  is  it  possible  to build  a business which may  be  able  to be on the  market by its own, functioning  according  different rules  from those normally accepted by "ordinary " businesses, respecting  at the  same  time  current  national/international laws and bringing  up a  culture  of interativity where the  customer  maybe  the very owner  of  the  enterprise, where the notions  of time  of work, productivity and  so on have  in mind  the  individual or  the  community ? Im not  talking  about  utopian or  political stuff, i just want  to see if  collectively, people  are  able  to debate, elaborate and  put  on test a  new  kind of  business, whatever  the initial market is and  able to follow a  set business  plan , to spread  under  concurrential circumstances  at the  same  level  of  any other big corporation.The  idea  behind  all this  is that everywhere  i go theses  times,  i see people  lacking  faith in their  own future and  everyone  waiting  for  states becoming their saviours.     I love  the  idea  of open source, and  we , until now have  relatively well accepted so numerous "revolutions" :internet,green, solar,ideological revs....But the  present  seems  no more  offering clues  or  great projects for  stable/steady grow or  future.                       May be  because  we  have  changed  so many things  around us and  dont have  yet  got  the  mindset  to go further  in the  change and trying  to adapt the  very way  we spend  time,work and  make  a  linving..? As said  i m not  looking  for an  utopia, just  looking  for a  scientific/techological  base  to support  that  idea and  develop it .And  then, if  ok, to set a  test , who knows?

Without  being  a  doomer  i assume  that the  current crisis  is  only one  among  many others  to come and  we all  lack of  decent  alternatives and  real projects  which could  be  achieved even  in toughter times.I believe in resiliency and would  appreciate  if  anyone  here  could  be  so nice  to show  the  right  place  where i could  find  communities or  people working  on this  kind  of  project.
